In an announcement on posted on social media Friday, he says he's at an isolation facility receiving care. The announcement, however, comes just days after Col Oguna rubbished claims that he had been hospitalised after testing positive alongside two unidentified Cabinet Secretaries from Nyanza and Rift Valley. I wish to clarify that I am well and just got back from an assignment out of town,” Col Oguna said on Sunday.
