The incident occurred in Dunedin on Tuesday when the 21-year-old, who had previously been warned twice over breaching alert level 4 requirements, offended again. This time it involved taking a car on a four-hour-long test drive with another man, Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen said. He was given a $300 infringement notice.
