His Covid-19 test result came back as positive on Tuesday. On Saturday, Liakat fell ill with symptoms similar to those of Covid-19 including fever and sore throat. Later, healthcare workers collected his sample from his residence for a Covid-19 test. Liakat is currently being treated at his residence under the supervision of his physician.
