Officials have reported 5499 new community cases of Covid-19 outbreak, and further 18 deaths in people with the virus. Of the 18 deaths reported on Wednesday, 15 occurred in the past three days. A further 18 deaths were reported on Wednesday. Of deaths that occurred within 28 days, 258 have been ruled as not related to Covid-19 and 189 deaths were yet to be classified. Officials also reported an additional 78 imported (border) cases, and a total of 34,091 active Covid-19 cases across the country as of Wednesday.
