PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia reported 30 more Covid-19 cases on Tuesday (May 5), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 6,383. All 30 cases were local transmissions, with zero imported, said Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic) at the Health Ministry's daily Covid-19 media briefing on Tuesday. Malaysia's Covid-19 recovery rate is now at 71.55% out of the total number of positive cases. Dr Noor Hisham also announced another fatality, which means the country's death toll is now 106. On the latest death, Dr Noor Hisham said the victim is a 47-year-old Malaysian man.
