Court upholds Jaguar's election as Starehe MP, slaps Mbogo with Sh10m cost


The court has upheld the election of Starehe MP Charles Njagua alias Jaguar. High Court judge Fred Ochieng dismissed the petition by ODM's Steve Mbogo with Sh10 million costs. Last month, the court declined to grant Mbogo an order for scrutiny and recount of votes cast in his favour.
