The court has upheld the election of Starehe MP Charles Njagua alias Jaguar. High Court judge Fred Ochieng dismissed the petition by ODM's Steve Mbogo with Sh10 million costs. Last month, the court declined to grant Mbogo an order for scrutiny and recount of votes cast in his favour. Mbogo also wanted the court to issue orders compelling the IEBC to supply him with the original Forms 35A, 35B and 35C. Read; Court to rule on Starehe MP election petition on February 26
