A Nairobi court will decide on March 2 on whether Peter Mangiti, Adan Harakhe and Hassan Noor should be put on defense in the Sh47.6 million NYS graft case. They allegedly made a payment of Sh47.6 million to Blue Star Enterprises for the supply of training materials which were irregularly tendered. Mangiti and Harakhe allegedly executed the contract and appointed the evaluation committee on the same day they issued the notification for the award. The PS is said to have irregularly executed a contract with Blue Star for the supply of automotive engineering material at that cost. He testified against the 24 people who include the owners of Blue Star Enterprise, who are Njoki and Kinoti.
