However, when the case resumed on Wednesday for hearing, counsel to the Applicant, Barrister Bashir Ibrahim urged the court to enforce fundamental rights of his client. The Counsel to the applicant further stated that the issue of property or who is the properly owner of the property is pending before state high court. He then maintained that the Kano Polythenic has it existence law that protects all its property, that is Kano Polythenic Law 2015. The Director argued that what is before the court is the Private Ownership Title trying to superceed public ownership, praying the Court to dismiss the case arguing that it has no bases in law. However ,after listening the submission of both counsel, Justice Amobeda said the court registry will communicate with both parties when his judgement is ready.
