Court remands pastor, two others in prison over alleged murder of LASU studentA Magistrate Court, sitting in Apomu, Osun State on Friday ordered that Pastor Segun Phillip, Owolabi Adeeko and his mother, Bola be remanded in prison custody over the alleged killing Favour Daley-Oladele, a final year student of Lagos State University (LASU). The three suspects were arraigned before the Magistrate Court presided over by Magistrate Olukunle Idowu-Faith. They were brought to the court premises in a white Toyota hummer bus marked Missionary at about 12:45 pm. But, on January 4, 2020, the Police led the suspects to the church at Ikoyi-Ile community of Isokan Local Government Area of Osun State, where they exhumed the decomposing corpse of Favour Daley-Oladele allegedly killed by her boyfriend, Owolabi Adeeko for money ritual. The Police team to the church where the lady was buried in a shallow grave was led by the Commissioner of Police in Osun State, Mr Babatunde Kokumo, who explained that the exhumation of the remains of the 23-year-old student would enhance the completion of investigation started by the Ogun State Police command.
