Afeez HanafiA magistrate’s court sitting in Ogba, Lagos State, has ordered the remand of a 19-year-old man, Azeez Muiz, and his friend, Lukman Adedokun, 20, in prison custody. They were arrested for allegedly stealing a commercial bus parked along Alasalatu Street, Mushin, Lagos State. It was learnt that Muiz, who was recently freed after spending four years in a correctional home, initiated the plan to steal the bus. They reportedly removed the bus, with the number plate, KSF 866 XA, in the night and were taking it towards the Sango area of Ogun State when it developed a fault. They were consequently brought before the court by a police prosecutor, Inspector Koti Aondohemba, on two counts bordering on stealing.
