NewsThe Colombo High Court today rejected the revision bail application filed by Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) owner Arjun Aloysius and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kasun Palisena. Both are currently in remand custody after being arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on February 4 in connection with the treasury bond scam.
