Nairobi - Three Court of Appeal judges have dismisses an appeal filed by Dennis Itumbi that wanted Chief Administrative Secretaries (CAS) appointed by President William Ruto to report to work. In a ruling delivered on Friday, Judges Hellen Omondi, Nyenge Machari and Imaaman Laibuta termed Itumbi's case as premature. According to the judges, the case barring the 50 CASs from commencing work and drawing salary was yet to be determined by High Court, Nation reported. "We find the appeal application by Dennis Itumbi as premature and is hereby dismissed," the judges ruled. According to the appellent judges, the matter is likely to be escalated to Court of Appeal after the High Court makes its judgement.
