Hafford pleaded guilty to theft and was given a $434 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. • Colin Foster, 20, of Conway pleaded guilty to transportation of alcohol by a minor and was fined $186. • Jared Gardner, 27, of Conway had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior. • Margaret McLlarky, 42, of Conway had a charge of possession of methamphetamine bound over to Carroll County Superior Court in Ossipee.
