Court bars Meru senator Linturi from accessing Runda homeMaryanne Kitany has been allowed back into her Runda home, by a Milimani court, while her estranged husband, legislator Mithika Linturi, has been barred from accessing the home. Kitany had sued her husband earlier in the year, accusing him of forging signatures to secure a 530 million shilling loan, using her property as collateral. Trouble for the two began late last year, when Linturi kicked Kitany out of their matrimonial home, claiming that he was never married to the woman by law.
