The 70-year-old allegedly killed 30-year-old Loise Njoki at Kanorero village in Gilgil Nakuru County on May 8, 2018 under unclear circumstances. According to a section of the residents, the suspect might be senile considering her age and the sudden reaction. The application has merit on the said premise, I allow the application, suspect to be held at Elementaita Police Station,” ruled the magistrate. The suspect will be arraigned in court on Friday May 11, 2018 for a mention of the case.
