A couple and their daughter have been reportedly burnt to death while asleep during a fire incident in Kafanchan town in Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Details of what caused the fire incident remain sketchy as residents said they only saw smoke coming out of the house around 11 pm on Tuesday night. “I woke up upon hearing my wife shouting for help as fire gutted Zainab’s room which is next to our room. We tried our best to break the door at the time of the fire incident but we couldn’t enter because the door was locked. The deceased, Danjummai, is a staff with Nigeria Railway Corporation.
