On Sunday evening, police conducted a raid at an apartment in Telipara area under Bason police station of Gazipur City Corporation and seized the notes and yaba. Confirming, Additional Commissioner Ahsan Habib of Gazipur Metropolitan Police said they could not make any arrest immediately and the procedure to take legal actions are underway. On July 3, a man named Rasel and his wife Tisha moved into the apartment and they were not home when police conducted the raid, said the apartment's owner Atikur Rahman.
