Councillor slams NZTA over slow progress on SeaPath

The construction of SkyPath could now be delayed to 2022, which won't be in time for the America's Cup. Last week, New Zealand Transport Agency announced that another shared pathway, SeaPath, had received the green light for construction. Felicity Reid Auckland Councillor Chris Darby is critical of NZTA's handling of both SeaPath and SkyPath. Darby said SeaPath and SkyPath were "inextricably linked" and reliant on each other. In a written statement, NZTA said they were confident they were making good progress with SeaPath.
