Commission spokesman Robert Peden enrolment update packs would be sent to New Zealand's 3.1 million enrolled voters from Monday. If a voter's details are correct, nothing needs to be done. The local authority elections are coming up and people are being urged to make sure they are eligible to vote. Anyone who has not received their voting pack by then is not enrolled to vote and should contact the Commission immediately. "We're asking everyone to check their packs to make sure we have their details correct, so they don't miss out on voting in the local elections," he said.
