While Sam is still looking for the love of his life, his character has already settled down with Sarah Platt. Speaking about their current relationship, Tina said: "I think she’s really happy that things worked out with her and Adam. After having a secret fling with Carla, Adam did seem determined to mend his relationship with uncle Peter by saving his life. Angry Carla accuses Sarah of doing so as a way to get back at her for sleeping with Adam.
