A National Youth Service Corps member, Progress Oberiko, on Thursday shared her encounter with an alleged homeless family of five, comprising of father, mother and their three children. Oberiko, who shared the story on her Facebook page, revealed that she first encountered the family at Ogoja Local Government Area in Cross River State. She said that while the family seemed mentally challenged, they had a very good command of the English language. Sharing a photo of the family, she said, “The first time I saw them here in Ogoja, my heart melted, I was livid. The story of the family has been trending on the social media space since Oberiko shared the story.
