Over-65s will be allowed to go out "only within walking distance" for a few hours a day from 10 May. Erdogan said shopping malls, barber shops and some stores will be allowed to reopen on 11 May. But Erdogan warned that much stricter measures would be put in place if the public does not abide by the rules. “This normalisation plan does not mean we’ll be back to our days as of the first days of March,” he said.
