"The Batman" has been stalled again, Fox News can confirm. The upcoming DC Comic film, directed by Matt Reeves and starring Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, has been halted after someone on set tested positive for COVID-19. “A member of ‘The Batman’ production has tested positive for COVID-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused," a spokesperson for Warner Bros Pictures told Fox News on Thursday. “The Batman” was originally slated to be released in June 2021 and will now (hopefully) arrive in theaters on Oct. 1, 2021.
