KUALA LUMPUR: The government assured that there has been no sustainedhuman-to-human transmission involving the novel coronavirus (2019-nCov) in Malaysia. Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said there were also no sporadic cases at different locations. “Of the 16 positive coronavirus cases, two patients have been discharged from the hospital after the results from the repeat tests on the virus were found negative. This shows that positive cases can be cured with good hygiene and care,” she said in a statement issued today. A 67-year-old woman from Wuhan, China, has been confirmed as the 16th positive case of the coronavirus in the country.
