The writ was filed at the bench of Justice Mujibur Rahman Miah and Justice Mohiuddin Shamim. Seven people including the secretaries to the Home, Health, Education, and Foreign Affairs ministry were made respondents. The lawyer said the hearing of the writ will take place on Monday.
