The flights were organized by the European Chamber of Commerce, an industry lobby group representing European businesses in Brussels and major economic centers around the world. The flights are expected to continue twice a week, operating under a number of restrictions to prevent new virus infections. Travelers are required to submit to a Covid-19 test with proof of a negative result no later than 48 hours before leaving Germany. Upon arrival in China, the executives will be tested again and are required to enter quarantine for a minimum of 48 hours. They must travel directly to their destination avoiding contact with other people and may not use public transportation.
