Almost 40 countries, including Italy, France, Spain and Ireland, have closed all their schools. NHS workers with kids could be forced to stay off to look after them. The Premier League has been suspended until April 4, along with top football in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and the Netherlands. In France, gatherings of more than 100 people are banned. No10 has signalled NHS workers will be tested after a leaked document claimed they wouldn’t be due to lack of capacity.
