The air travel company announced that all affected customers would receive an email if their flights are one of the ones cancelled between March 16 and March 19. Spain, with more than 6,000 cases, is the second worst affected country in Europe after Italy - which has recorded more than 15,000 cases. It has declared a state of emergency, with Madrid on lockdown and resorts in Ibiza and Majorca closing bars. Jet2 planes from the UK to Spain turned back in mid-air as the airline announced it was cancelling all flights to the country amid the coronavirus outbreak on Saturday. The Spanish government has suspended all incoming flights from Italy until March 25.
