According to Member of Parliament (MP) for Sagnarigu constituency in the Northern Region, Alhaji A.B.A Fuseini, the failure to adjourn sitting is putting the lives of MPs under threat. The call came after he had initially refuted claims that some members tested positive. Also, Dormaa Central MP who doubles as the Minister of Health was announced to have tested positive for the virus and was receiving treatment at the University of Ghana Medical Center. Ghana has recorded 229 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases to 12,193, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) has announced.
