A government-chartered flight brought 98 New Zealanders and 69 foreign nationals to Whangaparāoa from Wuhan, the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak, on February 6. RICKY WILSON/STUFF It has been a week since 157 people were put in quarantine at a Whangaparāoa military base, after being brought to Auckland from Wuhan on a chartered Air NZ flight. For the past seven days they have been living in campervans at a military base, asked to stay inside as much as possible.
