A mother who took her 11-year-old son to a Greek island because she thought he would be at less risk of catching coronavirus has become embroiled in a legal battle with her estranged husband. The boy's father has asked judges in Greece and London to order his return to England. He says the boy was wrongly taken from London to Paros without his permission. Detail of the dispute emerged on Friday in a ruling published by a judge overseeing family court litigation in London. He has adjourned the London litigation and says a judge in Greece should hear evidence from the woman and make decisions.
