In Dhaka division, Dhaka city has the most number of confirmed cases (251) and there are some 19 confirmed cases in the district (out of the city). The district has already been identified as the epicentre in Bangladesh as a number of confirmed cases, found in other districts, had recent travel history of Narayanganj. Besides, Gazipur has 12 confirmed cases while Munshiganj 11 and Kishoreganj has 10 cases. According to the IEDCR, Chittagong and Comilla now have eight confirmed cases each, but on April 9 the institute said the number of confirmed cases in Chittagong is nine. Rajbari has six confirmed cases while five cases have been reported each in Manikganj, Gaibandha, and Mymensingh.
