The medic says the NHS has failed to deliver much-needed eye protection to Newtown Medical Practice in Powys, Wales. When she finally received a package containing personal protective equipment (PPE), she was horrified to discover it did not include any eyewear. Her NHS practice had been waiting a week for the delivery, despite being told it would arrive imminently.
