Benapole land port Dhaka TribuneThe order came into effect from zero hours of Sunday and will remain effected till further noticeAmid rising fears of a coronavirus outbreak, Bangladesh has shut down all of its land ports for the entry of foreigners. The ports are: Benapole, Bhomra, Banglabandha, Hili, Burimari, Roumari, Darshana, Tamabil, Shaola, Akhaura, Nakugaon, according to a circular of the Home Ministry issued on Saturday. The order came into effect from zero hours of Sunday and will remain effected till further notice, it added. Till today, Bangladesh has recorded two deaths due to Covid-19 infections.
