Victoria's COVID-19 cases in the community are spiking to their highest levels since March, new data shows. Epidemiologist Marylouise McLaws says Victoria should consider locking down individual suburbs amid a spike in cases. Professor McLaws from the University of NSW this morning said Victoria's 14-day rolling average has "gathered momentum".
