A total of 49 people have recovered from Covid-19 in JamalpurForty patients, including six doctors and three nurses, previously suffering from the coronavirus have recovered from the deadly virus in Jamalpur. “The patients were declared free of Covid19 infection on Friday, after they tested negative in two consecutive tests,” said Jamalpur Civil Surgeon Dr Pranay Kanti Das. Of them, 11 patients were treated while remaining in home-isolation and the remaining patients were treated in institutional isolation. Previously, nine patients recovered and were released from the isolation ward of Sheikh Hasina Medical College Hospital. As of Friday, a total of 49 people have recovered from Covid-19 out of a total of 109 confirmed cases in Jamalpur.
