According to one of the students Philip Arthur, the whole of Wuhan is on lockdown and “nothing moves in or out”. “Most East African countries have left, their governments have come for them so when will ours come for us. The surgical masks that we have, within three to four hours you need to change and must of the students, their food is finished. Government last week sent an equivalent of GHC40,000 to the students to purchase food and other items as Wuhan remains locked down over the deadly Coronavirus.
