Barnsley boss Conor Hourihane has secured the signing of fellow Cork native Eoghan O’Connell on a deal until the end of the 2025/26 season. The 30-year-old centre-half began his career at Celtic, where he was named academy player of the year in 2015 and made his senior debut for the Scottish giants.
