Cork technology firm Datalogix has been acquired by Dublin cloud security company Ekco for an undisclosed sum. Acquisition brings Ekco's security revenues to €100mDatalogix will form part of Ekco’s security division, bringing the division’s revenues to a €100m share of Ekco’s overall group revenues of €200m. The acquisition will significantly expand Ekco’s operational technology capabilities in the Irish, British, and US markets, under the leadership of Ekco Ireland CEO Steve MacNicholas. Datalogix marks the eighth company to be acquired by Ekco in the last two years. Datalogix is led by managing director Der Cremen and chief technical officer Damian White, who will bring over 50 years’ combined industry experience to Ekco.
