Labour members should have the final say on whether the party backs a second referendum, Jeremy Corbyn said today, but refused to say whether he would back staying in the EU if such a vote were to occur. In an interview on the first day of the Labour conference in Liverpool Mr Corbyn said members would be given a chance to debate the party’s policy on Tuesday.
