Cora Sherlock has refuted any claims that she 'pulled out' of the RTE debate yesterday evening on the referendum to repeal the eighth amendment. Sherlock was due to debate for the No side yesterday evening, but presenter Miriam O'Callaghan announced at the beginning of the programme that she would not be taking part. Posted on her brother Leo Sherlock's website TheLiberal.ie, Cora told supporters not to “worry about headlines”. Despite Sherlock's dismissal, RTE have stuck to their line that it was Sherlock's decision to withdraw from the debate.
