Air Officer Commanding K.V.R. Dhillon, 40, who was among the four killed in the helicopter crash in Arunachal Pradesh's Papum Pare district on Tuesday, was cremated this evening at Parua in Tezpur with full military honours. It was an emotional moment when Air Officer Commanding, Tezpur air force station, K.V.R. The ALH from Tezpur air force base lost radar contact at 3.50pm. He said Dhillon was the commanding officer of the unit at Tezpur and was a highly experienced helicopter pilot.
