Cops not dismissing possibility of inside job in security van robbery - Nation


SHAH ALAM: Police are confident that they will make more arrests soon in connection with the case where RM800,000 was robbed from a security van at a petrol station in Bukit Antarabangsa. Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Mazlan Mansor said they were investigating any possible negligence by the guards, as well as the probability of an inside job. "We initially arrested four security guards to help in our investigations. It was reported that four armed suspects robbed security guards just as they were about to fill an ATM with cash at a petrol station in Bukit Antarabangsa on Sept 6. They forced the guards to hand over two bags in the security van containing RM800,000 in cash.
