MANILA, Philippines — A suspected member of “Sputnik Gang” was arrested for allegedly stealing a motorcycle in Navotas City on Friday night. Navotas police taken into custody suspect John Kenneth Candelaria, 24, of Barangay Baesa in Quezon City. He was arrested along Santos Street in Tangos South, Navotas City. Upon confirming that the motorcycle went missing, Dichoso and his neighbor went after Candelaria and found the suspect pushing the motorcycle along Gov. Candelaria was taken to Navotas City police station for proper disposition and filing of appropriate chagres.
