The incident was recorded by the woman, who is believed to have been walking her dog at that time. The man believed that the video, which was being spread on social media had slandered and embarrassed him, he added. Supt Basri reminded the public not to speculate on the viral video as the police were in the midst of investigating the matter. "Those who spread the video should come forward so that their statements can be recorded as witnesses," he said.
