AMPANG JAYA: A video of a man masturbating in front of a woman in an apartment's elevator has gone viral. The 51-second video shows the man holding his mobile phone with his right hand while he masturbates with his left hand in front of the woman. Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Hamzah Alias confirmed that the incident occurred at about 4.40pm on Tuesday (March 6) at an apartment in Ampang. Investigations are still ongoing," he said, adding that the case is classified under Section 377D of the Penal Code for committing gross indecency. He also urged anyone with information on the case contact the nearest police station as soon as possible.
