PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested five men, including an alleged rapist, in connection with a robbery at a jewellery shop in Klang less than 24 hours after the incident happened. Three more men in their 20s were arrested on Sunday (Feb 23) in connection with the crime. SAC Fadzil said the latest suspect had past records including two counts of gang-robbery and armed robbery and a drug offence. A few shoppers at the mall managed to catch one of the suspects while the other managed to flee. The case is being investigated under Sections 395 and 397 of the Penal Code for gang robbery and armed robbery.
