A Delhi police constable was suspended and a departmental enquiry ordered against him after a woman constable alleged that he masturbated in front of her. The incident was reported from the Police Training College at Jharonda Kalan in outer Delhi. An hour later, he returned and masturbated in front of the complainant, a senior officer said. Police said that the accused cop is also posted at the police training college. The man has been suspended of his duties and a departmental enquiry has been initiated against him, a senior officer said.
