MANILA, Philippines — A police officer allegedly killed his daughter using his service firearm following a heated argument in Barangay Calindagan, Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental, police said Monday. ADVERTISEMENTPolice said they received a phone call from a concerned citizen, prompting them to respond to the crime scene and arrest the suspect. Police said they found a 9mm pistol — the service firearm of the suspect — its magazine, four bullets, a deformed slug and a spent shell at the crime scene. The suspect is now under police custody. The police will file parricide and an administrative case against the suspect.
