A constable of the Shahdara District Police in East Delhi showed exemplary courage after he overpowered a criminal and caught him while he exchanged fire with them. Constable Vivek fired at the criminals and managed to apprehend one of them while the other managed to escape. On Wednesday, the constable, who is the beat officer of the area spotted them in Nehru Lane. "Constable Vivek was alone and intercepted them but the criminals opened fire at him. The constable showed courage and nabbed one of them," said Ravindra Yadav, Joint CP, Eastern Range.
